Then

Do 1 round every 2 1/2 minutes for 5 rounds of:

10 reps of Bench press @75%

10 reps of burpee knee tucks

Then

Do 1 round every 2 1/2 minutes for 5 rounds of:

10 full snatches at 45%-50% of 1 rm

10 pull-ups

Then

Do 1 round every 2min for 3 rounds of :

5 decline push-ups

10 push-ups

15 incline push-ups

then stretch
