Warm-up: 15min

SSP: 5 min

Use 40-50% of 1 rep max clean. Do 1 set every 2 min for 5 sets of: 

5 full cleans + 4 front squats + 3 high pulls + 2 thrusters + 1 jerk 

then 

 10 deadlifts @75% + 20 split jumps for 5 sets.  Do 1 set every 3 min

Then 

Get in groups of 3. Do 3 rounds of Bear crawl 20 m, Toes to bar, and 500m row
