Today we are doing yoga with Liz Hagestad.
Liz began practicing yoga in 1999 as a cross-train for running and was instantly drawn to the strength it involved. Since then, she's experienced the many benefits of yoga and have a deeper appreciation for the mind/body connection. Her passion lies in Vinyasa yoga, in combining the breath with the movement while continuing to challenge the body physically and mentally.
Liz received her teacher training with Dancing Feet Yoga Center in New Buffalo, MI and is certified at the RYT 200 hour level. Liz actively continues to refine her teaching through being a yoga student at One Tree Yoga and always exploring the edges of her practice.
