Today we are going to endure. We are going to start off Tail pipe sprints, Then we are moving onto  2 sets of 3minute jerks. Then we ate going to do a tabata of split jumps, Finish with 5min of cleans.

Warm-up: 5min

SSP: 5min

Kettlebell Sport:

Partner up and use your competition weight  for rack holds, do 3 rounds of 10, 20m sprints. One partner rack holds while the other runs sprints.

Then

Do 2 sets of 3 min jerk @ -2kg keeping +4rpm . Rest 3min between sets.

then

8 rounds of 20seconds of work, 10 seconds rest of split jumps

then

5min clean -4kg keeping a pace of +4rpm
