Today we are going to be working power- strength. We are going to be starting off by working up to a 1 rep max 1 front squat + 1 jerk. We will take 12 min to establish a 1 RM. Then we will take 80% of that 1 rm and do 5 sets of 5. Doing 1 set every 2min. Then after this we are going to be working the sots press. 5 sets of 5 every 2min. Finally we are going to finish out with 5 sts of 5 rollouts.
Take 12min to work up to a 1 rep max on 1 front squat + 1 jerk
Use 80% of your newly established 1 rep max and do 5 sets of 5. doing 1 set every 2min.
Sots press 5 sets of 5 doing 1 set every 2min
5 sets of 5 rollouts (take them out at a 3 count)
