Today we are focusing on power- strength. We are going to start with Clean high pulls then we are moving onto back squats. Finally we will be finishing the workout with tabata hang cleans. 

Warm-up: 15min

SSP: 5min

Olympic Weightlifting: 

Doing 1 set every 2min , do 5 rounds of clean high- pulls 

1. 5 x 80%

2. 5 x 90%

3. 5 x100% 

4. 5 x 100%

5. 5x105%

Then 

Doing 1 set every 2 minutes do 7 rounds of Back squat 6 reps at 70% followed by 6 max hight jumps.

Then 

Tabata Hang cleans using 40-45% of 1 rm clean 

Then Stretch
