Today we are working strength endurance, with an emphasis on strength. Using 55% of your 1 rep max we are going to be doing 10 sets of 10 squats every minute on the minute. Then we are going to move onto 5 ring dips, 10 push-ups, 20 skull crushers women 25lb and men 45lb. Do 1 round every 2min for 5 rounds. We will finish out with 100 knees to elbows.
EMOM 10 sets of 10 back squat @ 55% of your 1 rep max.
