Today we are working strength - endurance. Today won't be nearly as much leg work as on Tuesday's work out. We are going to be using our competition weight and performing the jerk. We are going to be doing 10 sets of 10reps of Jerk followed by Ring dips. Complete 1 set every 2min. The objective is to fatigue the triceps so that we have to rely on our technique in the jerk. Once we complete this series we are going to work toes to bar.
