Welcome back! Today's focus is power endurance. We are going to be doing minute on minute off sprints of alternating weight and exercises. We will partner up with a person of similar ability. While one is working the other is resting.  Certain exercises will have a set number that needs to be completed while others you will be doing as many reps as you can. 

Warm up: 15min

SSP: 5min

Kettlebell Sport: 

Do the following exercises for 1 min of work followed by one minute of rest. Do rounds 4. 

Jerk @ +2kg for reps

Clean @ +2kg for reps

Long Cycle @ comp. for reps

3 reps of snatch (olympic barbell) @ 80% 

Then 

1-10 Ladder of 20m shuttle sprints with 20 seconds rest between.
